If you are using the Fibaro HC3 controller, when a Home/Away device is added, a QuickApp is created that emulates a Binary Sensor. This will then show if the device is Home or Away, and can be used as a trigger in scenes or other logic processes.
The device will show like this when Home, on some newer HC3, this may show simply as a binary sensor / circle and not a person)
And like this when Away.
Along with the info panel, showing the status and when Last Updated.
